  • Strategies for managing compliance with deadlines, quality, and performance standards

  • Understanding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their role in contractor evaluation

Day Four : Changes, Claims, and Disputes

  • Overview of the change process in contracts and projects

  • Types of claims and disputes: Identifying causes and prevention strategies

Day Five : Post-Award Negotiation

  • Tips for setting clear objectives for negotiation to align with project goals
  • Techniques to strengthen your negotiation position (e.g., anchoring, collaborative strategies)
  • Approaches for renegotiating scope, timelines, and budgets to reflect changes in project needs
